Ordering
How to order?
We release new items during our weekly live sessions.
To join, open a basket using the $30 Open Basket link. This secures your spot for that live and is applied toward your order.
Each basket is valid for one live session only.
After selecting your items, use the $1 unit listing to complete your final total and checkout.
All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
About Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of live selection, limited inventory, and reserved items, we do not accept:
• Returns
• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Cancellations
This policy applies to all orders without exception.
Refund requests or chargebacks without valid cause may result in permanent account restriction and refusal of future service.
The only exception is if an item arrives physically damaged during shipping.
In this case, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the damage.
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
What is the shipping policy?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is processed, a tracking email will be sent.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $35. Worldwide shipping is available.
For international orders, a $25 shipping deposit is added at checkout. Final shipping costs are calculated after packing based on weight and destination. Any remaining balance will be settled before shipment.
For Session Selection orders, processing begins once your selections and quantities are finalized.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
A $25 international shipping deposit is required to initiate international orders. Final shipping costs are calculated after packing based on weight and destination.
Any remaining balance will be settled before shipment, and adjustments will be made if the deposit exceeds the final shipping cost.
