How big is a Squishy?

The size of our squishy toys can vary, but they are generally designed to be played with one hand. Some of our styles are quite large, but rest assured, we always indicate the size of our larger squishies in the product descriptions. Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please provide an unboxing video or photos showing the damaged item (not just the packaging). We will process your refund or exchange request as quickly as possible.

What is the shipping policy?

Afterplacing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you'll receive an email notification containing your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes,we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
