Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of live selection and reserved inventory, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exceptions apply only if an item arrives physically damaged during transit.

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Unauthorized return or refund attempts, including chargebacks without valid cause, may result in restriction from future purchases.

For international orders, a $25 international shipping deposit will be added at checkout.
